Veterinarian
Dr. Boeche is originally from northern Nevada. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Animal Science and Spanish from Colorado State University. She also received her doctorate in veterinary medicine from Colorado State University in 2011.
Dr. Boeche practiced at an equine hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada, for nearly five years before moving to Granbury in 2016. One of her grandpas is from Riesel, a small town just outside of Waco. You may hear her joke that she may not have been born in Texas but she is Texan by blood!
Dr. Boeche enjoys general practice, acupuncture and chiropractic therapies. She is an ideal match for clients looking for an integrative medicine approach, combining the best of both western and non-traditional therapies. She is a certified veterinary acupuncturist (CVA) from the Chi Institute (2014) and certified in veterinary chiropractics (CVC) from Parker University (2017). Dr. Boeche offers in-home acupuncture, chiropractics, and end of life care through her separate business when she is not practicing integrative medicine at All Creatures Animal Hospital. Dr. Boeche can be found cooking, riding her horse, hiking, or treasure hunting at local thrift stores for Fiestaware dishes when she is not working. She has a grown step-daughter and a son. She and her husband also have seven horses, twelve Hangin Tree Cow Dogs, two Longhorns named Janey and Noel, and raise goats and cattle.
